All coaching responses reflect your own rules and patterns back to you — the AI mirrors your stated discipline, it does not advise on trades.

Sovereign Trader is not registered with or authorised by BaFin, ESMA, the SEC, the CFTC, FINRA, or any equivalent financial regulatory body in any jurisdiction. It does not hold any financial services licence. You are solely responsible for all trading decisions you make. If you require financial advice, consult a licensed financial advisor in your jurisdiction.

Yes. Sovereign Trader uses Telegram as its primary interface for the five-phase workflow and as the login method for the web dashboard. You'll need a Telegram account to use the service.

Your Coaching Profile, sometimes called your Trader Card, is a short, private profile that helps your AI coach understand how you trade and what you carry into it, so the coaching is personal from day one instead of generic. You build it through a brief, optional guided setup: a few quick-pick questions and a few you answer in your own words (or skip).

From your answers, Sovereign Trader distils a short summary your coach uses: things like your edge, your decision style, the patterns you want to work on, and the best way to support you. You can view, edit, redo, or delete it any time in Settings.

Go to Settings → Coaching Profile and choose Start coaching setup. The guided setup takes a few minutes: answer in your own words where you like, skip anything you'd rather not share, and tick the consent box to begin. When you finish, Sovereign Trader builds your profile (a few seconds) and you'll see it in Settings.

You can edit or redo it whenever your trading or your goals change. The profile is meant to grow with you.

No, it's completely optional. Your coach still works without it; the profile simply makes the coaching more personal. You can set it up later, skip any individual question, or delete it entirely at any time.

Sovereign Trader costs €39/month. This gives you full access to all five phases, the Telegram bot, AI coaching, weekly reviews, and the Process Score.

Yes. You can cancel at any time using the dedicated cancellation page or the "Cancel subscription" link in your account settings. When you cancel, your access continues until the end of the current billing period — you will not be charged again.

You can also manage your billing (payment method, invoices) via Manage Billing.

All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe. Bank transfer (SEPA Direct Debit) may also be available in your region. Payment is processed securely by Stripe — we do not store your card details.

We handle refund requests case-by-case. If you have a problem, please email support@sovereigntrader.net and we'll work with you.

Click "Have a promo code?" on the landing page or go to /auth/promo. Enter your code before you log in with Telegram. If the code grants a discount, it will be applied automatically at checkout. If it grants free access, you'll skip checkout entirely.

We collect your Telegram user ID, name, and username (from Telegram login), and the content you enter during the five phases — journal entries, mindfulness answers, session prep responses, and debrief notes. We also collect usage logs and billing information (via Stripe).

Your trading journal and coaching data is sent to OpenAI's API to generate AI responses. OpenAI does not use API data to train their models. We do not sell, share, or monetise your personal data. Billing data is handled by Stripe.

Yes. You can download a complete export of all your data — journal entries, sessions, scores, and more — as a ZIP of CSV files. Visit Settings → Data Export in the web dashboard. Your data is yours.

You can delete your account and all associated data from Settings → Delete Account in the web dashboard, or by emailing legal@sovereigntrader.net. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Your Coaching Profile is private to your account. Your coach only ever sees a short, distilled summary of how to support you, never your raw, word-for-word answers. Your answers themselves are kept, encrypted, only so that you can review and edit them in Settings; they are never shown to the coach or to anyone else.

You can see exactly what's held, including your answers and the inferred fields, in Settings and in your full Data Export.

The profile reflects psychological and emotional aspects of how you trade, which counts as special-category data under GDPR Article 9. We process it only with your explicit, separate consent, captured at setup after a short transparency notice and described in our Privacy Policy (§13). It is used only to personalise your coaching, never for anything else.

You can withdraw consent any time by deleting the profile in Settings. This erases the card and its answers, and your coach stops using it. Your account itself is unaffected.

In Settings → Coaching Profile, choose Withdraw consent & delete. This permanently erases your Trader Card and all its answers, withdraws your consent, and your coach stops using it. You can set it up again any time, and deleting the profile does not delete your account.

If you'd like a copy first, export everything via Settings → Data Export.

The web dashboard works on any modern browser — Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge. The Telegram bot works in the Telegram app on any platform.

Yes. The Telegram bot is fully mobile-friendly — you can complete all five phases on your phone. The web dashboard is also responsive, though it works best on a desktop or tablet for the weekly review and day view features.

Telegram login is more secure than a traditional username and password for several reasons:

No password to steal. Classic password logins require us to store a hashed password in our database. If a breach ever occurred, those hashes could be cracked. With Telegram login, Sovereign Trader stores no password at all — there is nothing to steal.

Cryptographic verification, not a form field. When you click "Log in with Telegram," Telegram's servers sign your identity data with a keyed hash (HMAC-SHA256) using a secret only Telegram and our server share. We verify that signature on every login. A fake login page cannot forge this — it doesn't have the secret.

Phishing-resistant. With a password form, an attacker can create a convincing copy of the login page and collect your credentials. With Telegram login, the actual authentication happens inside the Telegram app on your device — a fake page cannot intercept it, because there is no password to intercept.

Two-factor by design. Access to your Sovereign Trader account requires access to your Telegram account, which is tied to your phone number. If you've also enabled Telegram's optional 2FA passcode, your account has two independent factors — something you have (your phone) and something you know (the passcode).

What we receive from Telegram is only your Telegram ID, display name, and username — the same information visible to anyone in a shared Telegram group. We do not receive your phone number or any private contact data.
